Refund And Return Policy

1 Restrictions Apply

We protect the interests of the Buyer by granting product return and/or refund requests before they expire, subject to the restrictions and conditions mentioned in this Returns and Refunds Policy and in the Terms of Service. The Terms of Service include a definition for the term “Genzone.”

2 Refund/Return Request Requirements

Buyer understands that they can only do so under the following conditions:

(1) Not receiving enough of the ordered things;

(2) Obtaining counterfeit or replica goods;

(3) Goods are defective or damaged during transportation;

(4) Did not receive the product;

(5) There is a noticeable discrepancy between the information provided by the Seller in the product description and the actual product that the Buyer receives;

(6) The seller sent the wrong product to the consumer (incorrect size, color, etc.);

We always carefully consider Buyer’s requests for returns or refunds and reserve the right to accept or refuse them in accordance with the foregoing and the SaintOwen Terms of Service.

3 Return Item Status

  • In the event that there is a disagreement later on, customers are advised to record or snap images of the product as soon as they receive it and while it is being prepared for return.
  • Your item needs to be brand-new and in the same condition that you received it in order for you to be able to return it. It needs to be in the original packaging as well.

The only alternative in the following cases is a partial refund:

(1) Any product returned upon delivery within 30 days

(2) Any product that, (based on the circumstances we have outlined in section 2) was altered, damaged, or returned for a reason other than our fault.

4 Refuns

(i) Important note

You should not expect us to cover returns or exchanges for incorrect fit because your order is printed specifically for you. Customers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchases. To help you choose the right size, we’ve included a size chart on every product page. Just click the product details link to get your ideal fit!

  • Order Modification or Cancellation
  • After placing your order, you have 24 hours to contact us if you would like to make changes or cancel. Once your order has been sent to production, it cannot be modified after 24 hours.

(ii) Damaged/Incorrect Order

  • We are making every effort to guarantee order accuracy and product excellence. However, it is possible for you to receive a product that is incorrect, broken, or printed poorly. Thankfully, it’s pretty special! If this is the case, though, we guarantee total client satisfaction by offering a complimentary replacement order or a refund for the defective items.
  • All we need is your purchase number and an unmistakably clear photo proving that the item is damaged, that the print is of low quality, or that the wrong item was ordered. Send us an email at [email protected] if you require a refund or reprint, and a member of our gracious support staff will take care of it!

(iii) Order not received

If your order hasn’t arrived 30 days after you purchased it, get in touch with one of our heroes via our contact page to get a free replacement or a full refund of your purchase. (Note that errors caused by customers who gave false shipping information on their order(s) or missing shipment delivery are not covered by this policy.)

(iv) Returns & Refund 

  • To replace defective items or an incorrect order, most of the time all we require is a photo that clearly displays the product flaw and the order number.
    If you would want to return your items, please contact our customer service department. Please be advised that the cost of return postage is your responsibility.
  • Please be advised that there are no refunds or exchanges for worn products. Brand-new, unused items that were successfully delivered to customers within 30 days are returnable or exchangeable. After 30 days from the date of delivery, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
