1. Shipping Destinations

  • Currently, we ship to addresses in the United States.
  • If you would like to place an order with us but you are not in this area. Please get in touch with our customer service staff, and if we are able to deliver to your location, we will help.

2. Shipping Method

  • Most of the products that genzone sells are bulk items that are shipped “LTL” (less than truckload) to the delivery address. LTL freight is a popular delivery method in the industry since it is by far the most affordable way to move large items across the continental United States.
  • Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed, and orders are mailed and picked up Monday through Friday (barring bank holidays). Currently, genzone offers curbside delivery for LTL freight delivery as it is the most cost-effective option for clients.
  • Not every item with the label “Free Shipping” indicates that genzone spent nothing to ship it. Please see the refund policy if you have any questions about the shipping refund amounts.

3. Transportation Costs

  • Regardless of the product’s size, weight, and delivery zone, we charge flat shipping prices for every order. You will see specific shipping costs on your invoice and during the checkout process.
  • More precise: $6.99 is the shipping fee for all current orders.
  • Orders are processed in two to three working days.
    It takes 7 to 15 business days for shipping.

4. Additional Costs & Fees Incurred

When you place a purchase, Genzone will make every effort to minimize your shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted during the checkout process. A liftgate service or assistance from the driver to unload your belongings will not be provided unless it is clearly stated on your purchase confirmation.

  • A reshipment fee will be charged if the client has to change the delivery address after the item has been shipped. Your order will be delivered to the address provided in the delivery confirmation email you received. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an updated order confirmation email with the updated delivery address if you need to make changes. The cost of resending depends on the location of the new delivery address.
  • The customer must pay Genzone  any fees incurred for missing the initial delivery appointment and requesting redelivery before arranging a new delivery date.
  • Products ordered from the same manufacturer will be supplied based on which product has the longest wait time. Please let us know if you require a quick ship product to arrive sooner; however, separate shipments can cost more.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We work hard to ensure that your goods arrives in perfect condition. In the improbable event that a package gets lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, if needed.
  • Kindly note that Genzone reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time and without prior notification. We suggest that you come back often to this page to see any updates.
  • Please snap pictures and email [email protected] with all supporting documentation if something is lost or damaged during shipping. These photos and documents MUST be provided to genzone as proof of claim in order to replace any lost or damaged goods.
  • If a shipment is completely destroyed, utterly unaccounted for, and unreliable; or if a big product component—that is, one that cannot be easily transferred or replaced—has been sufficiently damaged to the point of being dangerous or flawed (rather than just cosmetic or fixed with touch-up paint, for example).

6. Exceptions & Modifications

  • Genzone may, on a case-by-case basis, provide exceptions to certain sections of the Shipping Policy for the added benefit of the customer alone, at its sole discretion, and without impairing or changing any other elements of the Shipping Policy.
  • The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify the Shipping Policy in order to reflect changes in its offerings and to further clarify its current policies. The date of the most recent revision should be the first entry in the Shipping Policy.
